not to kill the fun hehhehe The Supreme Court in an En Banc Decision dated March 26, 2010 received on April 15, 2010 partially granted the petition. The dispositive portion of which reads as follows: "WHEREFORE, the petition is PARTLY GRANTED insofar as the exclusion of replicas and imitations of airsoft guns from the term “firearm” is concerned. Replicas and imitations of airsoft guns and airguns are hereby declared excluded from the term “firearm” in Resolution No. 8714. The petition is DISMISSED in regard to the exclusion of airsoft guns from the term “firearm” in Resolution No. 8714. Airsoft guns and airguns are covered by the gun ban during the election period." To read the entire SC decision, click on the link below: sc.judiciary.gov.ph/jurisprud...010/190779.htm"For the most part, the slug is chemically propelled. But the definition of a gun also includes weapons that fire projectiles that are pushed or propelled by non-chemical agents. In that sense, air guns and airsoft [guns] are included," Jimenez said in a press conference.
